How paying works
When do I pay?
Only after we have matched a tutor and agreed lesson times with you. We send bank transfer or mobile money details and confirm your lessons as soon as payment arrives.
Do package lessons expire?
No. Use them at your own pace with the same tutor.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel from your dashboard at least 24 hours before and the lesson goes back into your package. See the refund policy.
