This page describes how Training With Totz works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
Cancelling a lesson
- 24 hours or more before: cancel in your dashboard. A package lesson goes back into your package. For a paid single lesson we will book a new time or refund you, whichever you prefer.
- Less than 24 hours before, or not joining: the lesson counts as used, because the tutor kept the time free. If there was an emergency, email us and we will look at it fairly.
If the tutor cancels or doesn’t show
You get a new time or a full refund for that lesson.
Unused package lessons
Package lessons don’t expire. If you want to stop, we refund unused lessons at the package’s per-lesson price, less any lessons already taken.
Group classes
Cancel at least 24 hours before for a refund or a place in another class. If we cancel a class, you get a full refund.
How refunds are paid
To the account you paid from, within 7 working days of us agreeing the refund. Email admin@finchathub.com.
