This page describes how Training With Totz works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
These terms apply when you use trainingwithtotz.com or book tutoring with Training With Totz (“we”, “us”).
1. The service
We arrange online tutoring for school learners in Botswana. We check and approve tutors, match them with learners, book lessons and collect payment. Tutors are independent and teach the lessons.
2. Accounts
- Parent accounts are for parents or legal guardians aged 18 or over. You confirm you are the child’s parent or guardian when you send a request.
- Children don’t have their own accounts. You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of the lessons.
- Keep your password private. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Bookings and payment
- Prices are in Botswana pula and shown on the pricing page at the time you book.
- A lesson or package is confirmed once we have received your payment.
- Package lessons don’t expire and can only be used with Training With Totz.
4. Cancellations and refunds

5. Behaviour
We expect everyone in a lesson to be respectful. We may end a lesson or close an account if a tutor, parent or learner behaves in a way that is unsafe or abusive.
6. Results
Tutoring helps, but every child is different. We don’t guarantee particular marks or exam results.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care in checking tutors and running lessons. We are not responsible for problems caused by internet connections, devices or third-party video tools. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Botswana consumer law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Bookings already paid keep the terms in force when you paid.
